Find your opening

Your buyers are next door weighting this same rubric against you. Here is the other side of it: every check in the model, what share of already passes it, and what it is worth if you ship it. Pick your company and mark what you would publish — the score, the band and the rank move as you go.

The openings

    Where the composite is soft

The Kin Score is six weighted facets. This is not a checklist — it is the diagnosis underneath one. The bar is you, the dark tick is the cohort average, the green tick is the best score anyone in this market holds, and the number on the right is what closing the whole distance to that leader is worth on your composite.

    Now do something with it

The score moves on evidence, not on email. Publish the artifact, then tell us — the next scoring run reads your live surface and the number here changes with it.

You shipped something Mark it above and send us the plan. We re-fetch what you publish and re-score against the same rubric everyone else is scored on. Request a re-score ›
You want the whole list The per-provider checklist itemizes every check you are failing, what each is worth, and the order to do them in. Ask for the checklist ›

How to read this without kidding yourself

Rarity is the opportunityA check most of your market already passes buys you parity. A check nobody passes is a claim available to whoever ships first — and in this cohort those are the biggest awards left.
Half credit is the cheapest groundWhere you already hold partial credit, something was found — a link, or an artifact written on your behalf. Moving it into the contract you serve is usually a header or a $ref, not a roadmap item.
Verified beats documented, deliberatelyThe rubric grades a behaviour proven in the contract above the same behaviour asserted in prose. Publish the parameter, not the paragraph.
This is a ceiling, not a promiseEach opening shows its full award. Graded checks pay that in full only when the evidence is in the contract, so treat every number here as the most it can be worth.
