1upHealth is a FHIR-based health data interoperability platform providing REST APIs for connecting patient records across payers and providers. The platform supports HL7 FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and bulk data export, enabling health plans to acquire, manage, exchange, and analyze clinical and claims data in a HIPAA-compliant cloud environment. Products include Patient Access, Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer Data Exchange, Provider Directory, Electronic Prior Authorization, and Formulary APIs.

Every provider in the network is reduced to the same set of machine-readable artifacts — OpenAPI contracts, event specifications, GraphQL schemas, runnable collections, pricing and rate-limit signals, security posture, OAuth scopes, and the agent surfaces (MCP servers and skills) that let software drive the API on its own. We profile them because the interface is the part of a company you can actually inspect: it is a truer signal of what a provider does than any marketing page.
