AgentSquared

AgentSquared was a La Jolla, California real estate marketing technology company, founded in 2013 by Albert Lopez and a team its LinkedIn page describes as "Internet pioneers who have founded, built and sold leading brand name Internet companies such as Media Temple, Miva, and Attracta." Its product was marketing automation for real estate agents and brokers: Instant IDX websites provisioned with a single click, single-property websites generated automatically for new listings, social sharing of those listings, lead capture and CRM, and Google Business Profile and Local Services Ads management. The company was notable as an API CONSUMER rather than an API producer — it was a RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) member and one of the few vendors building on the National Association of Realtors Web API standard, using deep integrations and channel partnerships with MLS software providers to pull a broker's identity and listing data straight out of the MLS and stand up a fully populated website from it. It worked with RESO to help define and document the client portion of the RESO Web API certification program. AgentSquared never published a developer program of its own: no developer portal, API reference, OpenAPI or other machine-readable contract, SDK, or public package ever appeared on its site. The company reached roughly $961K in reported revenue without raising venture capital. Its web presence is now gone — see x-status below.

AgentSquared is tracked in the API Evangelist network. This page is the human-readable profile that sits on top of the machine-readable index we maintain at apis.io.

Every provider in the network is reduced to the same set of machine-readable artifacts — OpenAPI contracts, event specifications, GraphQL schemas, runnable collections, pricing and rate-limit signals, security posture, OAuth scopes, and the agent surfaces (MCP servers and skills) that let software drive the API on its own. We profile them because the interface is the part of a company you can actually inspect: it is a truer signal of what a provider does than any marketing page. The full breakdown is below, followed by every artifact we hold — each card links through to its machine-readable definition on apis.io.

No API surface

Why this profile is thin

AgentSquared's domain agentsquared.com was re-registered in February 2026 and now serves an unrelated online-casino affiliate site (the WordPress discovery document at https://agentsquared.com/wp-json/ names the site "Online Casinos"), every page of the former real estate site returns 404, the customer login host dashboard.agentsquared.com no longer resolves, and STEP 0b contract discovery against both surviving hosts — /openapi.json, /swagger.json, /api-docs, /llms.txt, /apis.json and the full /.well-known/ set including agent-card.json and agent.json — returned only 403 Cloudflare interstitials and 404s, which is consistent with the company never having published a developer portal, API reference or machine-readable contract while it operated (it was a RESO Web API consumer, not a producer).

This is an honest zero, not a gap in our research. AgentSquared does not appear to expose an API, so there is nothing here for us to index and nothing for them to fix.

Checked 2026-09-12. If this is out of date, tell us on the provider's repo and we will re-run the profile.

AgentSquared is in the network as a tracked entity. We haven't yet indexed a public API surface for it — when one is published, the artifacts, score, and agent-readiness read will appear here automatically. The source repository is where that profile is built.

Where this information came from

This is an independent, third-party profile of AgentSquared, published by API Evangelist. We do not operate, host, resell, or support these APIs, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the company unless stated above. Everything here is built from publicly available information — the company's own site, developer portal, documentation, public repositories, and the specifications it publishes for public use. Nothing is obtained by breaching a system, defeating an access control, or using credentials.

The Kin Score and Agent Readiness rating are independently calculated assessments of a company's public API artifacts, scored against a published rubric. They are not certifications, endorsements, security assessments, or audits.

Corrections, re-scores, and removal are free — no partnership or purchase required, and you do not need to justify the request. A removed company is recorded as unrated, never scored zero for having asked. Acknowledgement within one business day; removal within two.
