Akorda
Akorda was a contract intelligence and contract lifecycle management (CLM) startup that applied artificial intelligence and natural language processing to accelerate contract negotiation, review, and management for legal and procurement teams. Backed by Bloomberg Beta, the company built machine-learning tooling to surface risky clauses, benchmark contract language against standards, and streamline the redlining and approval workflow. Akorda has since been acquired and absorbed into LegalSifter: its former domain (akorda.com) now redirects to legalsifter.com, and no independent Akorda product, developer portal, or public API remains. This profile is retained as a network lead and reflects the acquisition rather than a live, standalone API provider.
