Apollo Graph, Inc. — trading publicly as Apollo and Apollo GraphQL — is the San Francisco company behind the Apollo GraphQL platform: Apollo GraphOS (a hosted supergraph platform with a schema registry, schema checks, proposals, launches, and operation/field insights), the Apollo Router and Apollo Federation for composing many subgraphs into one graph, Apollo Connectors for bringing REST endpoints into a graph without writing resolvers, Apollo Server for Node.js, and the Apollo Client families for Web/React, iOS, and Kotlin. More recently the company has pushed into agent infrastructure with the Apollo MCP Server and GraphOS MCP Server, positioning a governed GraphQL schema as the orchestration layer AI agents call instead of raw REST. The company has raised more than $180 million, including a $130 million Series D in 2021, and its shares trade on secondary marketplaces such as Forge Global, Hiive, and Nasdaq Private Market. "Apollo Graph" is the legal entity name that appears on those private-stock listings; the operating brand is Apollo GraphQL.
