CE 140 is a placeholder record surfaced from a 500 Global portfolio scrape and added to the API Evangelist network as a stub for enrichment. The name is a scrape artifact rather than a real company name, and the only identifying detail carried on the stub was the website https://siftery.com. Enrichment probing on 2026-07-20 found that domain no longer serves the company it was recorded for: it returns an unrelated WordPress site (title "About Us", meta description describing US-focused casino guides) behind Cloudflare, and every API and discovery path probed returned 404 (/.well-known/security.txt, /.well-known/openid-configuration, /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server, /.well-known/api-catalog, /.well-known/ai-plugin.json, /llms.txt, /openapi.json, /api, /docs). There is no API surface, no developer portal, and no verifiable operating company behind this record. It is retained as a dead lead so future enrichment runs do not re-spend search budget on it.
