Crestwood Equity Partners LP was a master limited partnership that owned and operated midstream energy assets across the United States, including natural gas, NGL, and crude oil gathering, processing, storage, and transportation businesses. Crestwood was acquired by Energy Transfer LP in November 2023, with Crestwood common and preferred units ceasing trading on the NYSE on November 3, 2023; ongoing operations and partner contracts have been integrated into Energy Transfer's pipeline and midstream network. Crestwood does not publish a public developer API program; technical interfaces such as nominations, scheduling, and capacity portals are now handled through Energy Transfer's commercial systems.
