Founded in 2015 by CEO Saurabh Ladha, the company combines 360-degree reality capture (via Insta360 X5 hardware partnership) with computer vision models that compare site video against BIM models to automatically quantify work-in-place by trade, system, and stage. The platform layers a "rules of credit" engine on top of those quantities to drive earned-value, schedule, and budget analytics — including 3D Progress View, Production Rates, Schedule (a visual Gantt replacement), Utilities Underground Tracking from drone imagery, and Portfolio-level dashboards. Doxel uses advanced language models to map schedule line items to physical progress and supports Procore-style construction management workflows, with deployments across data centers, healthcare, semiconductor fabs, and EV battery factories. Doxel has raised approximately $57M from Insight Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, and others, and counts 18 of the top 30 U.S. general contractors, 14 of the top 20 data center developers, and 3 of 4 hyperscalers as customers. There is no public developer API, SDK, OpenAPI specification, or GitHub organization — the platform is delivered as a managed SaaS application at app.doxel.ai with hardware-assisted capture and enterprise integrations arranged via direct engagement.
