Howard
Howard was the world's first flex-use real estate platform, co-founded by Michael Jaindl (CEO) and Derek Lee, aiming to bring flexibility to commercial real estate. It was an early-stage (seed) company backed by Bloomberg Beta out of its 2016 fund. The company has since permanently closed and operates no public developer surface, API, documentation, or live host. This profile is retained in the API Evangelist network as a Bloomberg Beta portfolio record and is not an active API provider.
