Inato is a Paris-based clinical trials technology company (founded 2016) operating an AI-powered marketplace that connects pharmaceutical sponsors, community research sites, and patients to run faster, more inclusive clinical trials. Sponsors post upcoming trials and site needs; the platform uses AI for site selection, feasibility, patient pre-screening, and enrollment optimization, giving the 95% of community-based research sites that historically run few trials a way to participate. The marketplace spans 6,000+ research sites across 50+ countries and is used by leading pharma sponsors. Inato publishes no API of its own — no OpenAPI, SDK, MCP server or developer portal — but it is a substantial API CONSUMER: it ingests patient records from site EHRs over read-only bulk FHIR (Epic, Athena, ModMed, eClinicalWorks, Practice Fusion, AdvancedMD, Office Ally, NextGen) and syncs subject status bi-directionally with site CTMS platforms (CRIO, eClinPro), documenting those outbound calls endpoint by endpoint on its own support host. Inato ships software only as an end-user web application at marketplace.inato.com; api.inato.com, developer.inato.com and docs.inato.com have no DNS record at all, and the only machine-to-machine documentation on its support host describes the calls Inato makes INTO CRIO's and eClinPro's APIs rather than any API of its own.

This is an honest zero, not a gap in our research. Inato does not appear to expose an API, so there is nothing here for us to index and nothing for them to fix.
