Infobip

Infobip is a global communications platform as a service (CPaaS) provider headquartered in Vodnjan, Croatia, and is Croatia's largest technology company. It sells programmable messaging, voice, video, email and customer engagement APIs on top of direct connections into mobile network operators worldwide, sitting in the aggregator layer of the telecom value chain: it buys and resells carrier connectivity, and it is the developer-facing surface that most businesses actually integrate with rather than the carriers themselves. Its API posture is openly self-serve — a free-trial account, a documentation hub at infobip.com/docs/api, first-party SDKs in six languages, a public Postman workspace, remote MCP servers, and an unauthenticated OpenAPI 3.1 endpoint at https://api.infobip.com/platform/1/openapi that returns the complete specification for all public endpoints and webhooks, plus per-product specifications for 46 products. On the network-API side Infobip is a GSMA Open Gateway participant certified for SIM Swap and Number Verification (September 2025) and an Aduna channel partner, and it publishes callable CAMARA endpoints — Number Verification, SIM Swap, Device Location Verification and KYC Match — though CAMARA access itself is sales-gated behind a contact form even while the specification is public.

Kin Score

API Evangelist profiles Infobip the way a machine reads it — 56 machine-readable artifacts across 46 APIs, pulled from the provider's own public surface and indexed so a developer, an analyst, or an AI agent can evaluate it against every other provider on the network.

Every provider in the network is reduced to the same set of machine-readable artifacts — OpenAPI contracts, event specifications, GraphQL schemas, runnable collections, pricing and rate-limit signals, security posture, OAuth scopes, and the agent surfaces (MCP servers and skills) that let software drive the API on its own. We profile them because the interface is the part of a company you can actually inspect: it is a truer signal of what a provider does than any marketing page. From those artifacts we compute the Kin Score — Infobip scores 61.6/100 (strong), with a separate agent-readiness read of 85/100 (agent native). The full breakdown is below, followed by every artifact we hold — each card links through to its machine-readable definition on apis.io.

Kin Score

This is the API Evangelist rating — a single, repeatable read computed from the artifacts on this page. Green fill is points earned; the red track is points possible, so every bar shows earned-versus-possible at a glance.

Rate Limits 1

Rate limits are the difference between a demo that works and a production integration that doesn't fall over. Publishing them is an operational-transparency signal — and a hard requirement for any agent that plans its own throughput.
