Insent.ai
Insent.ai was a Boston-based, Techstars-backed B2B conversational marketing platform that let marketing and sales teams engage website visitors in real time with human-first chat, visitor identification, routing, and meeting booking. ZoomInfo acquired Insent in July 2021 and rebranded the product as ZoomInfo Chat; the insent.ai domain now serves ZoomInfo Chat. As a standalone company Insent.ai no longer operates its own developer portal, documentation, or public API surface, so the enrichment pipeline found no first-party API artifacts to harvest.
