ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md is a template file that pre-populates new issue forms with structured sections, guiding contributors to provide necessary information when reporting bugs or requesting features in GitHub repositories.

We profile them because the interface is the part of a company you can actually inspect: it is a truer signal of what a provider does than any marketing page.
