Milu Health
Milu Health is a health technology company that pairs a virtual care team with an AI engine to help employees and their families get higher-quality healthcare at a lower cost. Founded in 2023 by Sasha Gribov and Gautam Kumar, Milu integrates directly with electronic health record (EHR) data from tens of thousands of provider groups and health systems to proactively flag medication issues, care gaps, fairly priced and high-quality doctors, incorrect medical bills, and more affordable medications. The platform also ingests an employer's health plan and benefits so it can notify members when an existing benefit could help. Milu is offered through employers and benefits advisors as well as directly to individuals. The company raised a $4.8M seed round led by a16z Bio + Health in March 2024.
