Mon Ami
Mon Ami is a modern data management platform built for aging and disability services providers. It unifies case management, billing and claims, information and assistance (resource directory and intake), enhanced assessments, Older Americans Act reporting (OAAPS), long-term care ombudsman workflows, a provider portal, and Medicaid administrative claiming in one connected system. Mon Ami serves state units on aging, area agencies on aging, intellectual and developmental disabilities programs, Medicaid HCBS providers, and ombudsman programs, helping them reduce administrative burden while improving outcome documentation and compliance reporting. The platform references HL7/FHIR interoperability with EHRs, managed care organizations, and state systems. Mon Ami is a Felicis portfolio company; it does not publish a public developer API or developer portal at this time.
