Payna
Payna is a compliance operating system for financial licensing that automates applications, renewals, maintenance, and monitoring across all 50 US states and jurisdictions. It tracks state statutes, NMLS procedures, and FinCEN requirements in real time, calculates filing deadlines backward from due dates, scores compliance posture against state examiner playbooks, automates document pre-fill and e-signature, and maintains a timestamped, queryable audit trail for examinations. Payna serves regulated financial sectors including money transmission, lending, mortgage, cryptocurrency/VASP, debt collection, loan origination, and insurance. It is a Y Combinator (W26) company; no public developer API is currently published.
