Product Backlog
A product backlog is a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and fixes that serves as the single source of requirements for product development. It is most commonly used in Agile and Scrum methodologies, where the product owner is responsible for ordering items based on business value, customer feedback, dependencies, and technical considerations. The backlog evolves continuously as new requirements emerge and priorities shift, providing development teams with a clear, ordered view of upcoming work.
