Reniac
rENIAC Inc. is a Santa Clara-based data acceleration company whose flagship product, the rENIAC Data Engine (rDE), is a drop-in accelerator for open source and NoSQL databases such as Apache Cassandra. Combining FPGAs with proprietary software, rDE speeds storage, network, and compute operations and can be deployed as a hardware-optimized cache, a transparent data-acceleration proxy, or a scalable storage engine on-prem, hybrid, or in the cloud (including early availability on AWS). rENIAC targets ultra-low-latency, real-time workloads — AI/ML, fraud prevention, payment processing, electronic trading, and recommendation engines — claiming up to 10x throughput, 13x lower latency, and significant TCO and CPU reductions. rENIAC ships an infrastructure/hardware acceleration product and does not publish a public developer API, OpenAPI definition, SDKs, or API documentation; this profile captures company identity and a domain-security probe.
