It has been acquired by Simpplr and is no longer a standalone product: the socrates.ai domain now redirects to simpplr.com/socrates-ai/ and the technology ships as the Simpplr "AI Assistant" within their employee experience platform. No independent Socrates developer portal, API reference, or public API surface exists; developer resources, if any, live under Simpplr. This profile is retained as an acquired-company record surfaced from the Norwest Venture Partners portfolio.
