Spectra (Defunct / Merged into OVG360)
Spectra (formerly Spectra Experiences, originally Comcast-Spectacor Ventures / Global Spectrum + Ovations Food Services + Paciolan + Front Row Marketing) was a North American venue management, food services & hospitality, and partnership-sales company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Owned jointly by Comcast Spectacor and Atairos, Spectra was acquired by Oak View Group (OVG) in a deal announced August 31, 2021 and closed on November 15, 2021 after receiving U.S. Department of Justice approval. On February 25, 2022, OVG formally consolidated Spectra and OVG Facilities into a single, rebranded division called OVG360. The Spectra and Spectra Experiences brands were retired as a result, and the spectraexperiences.com domain is no longer resolvable. This apis.yml is preserved as an historical record only — Spectra never published a public developer API, OpenAPI specification, SDK, or developer portal. Operational successor: OVG360 (https://www.oakviewgroup.com/ovg360-2/). Ticketing platform Paciolan, which had been part of the Spectra portfolio, was divested before the OVG deal and is now an independent Learfield subsidiary.
Index entry only — little beyond a description and a link, and nothing machine-readable enough for an agent to act on without a human reading the site first.
API Evangelist profiles Spectra (Defunct / Merged into OVG360) the way a machine reads it — 2 machine-readable artifacts, pulled from the provider's own public surface and indexed so a developer, an analyst, or an AI agent can evaluate it against every other provider on the network.
Every provider in the network is reduced to the same set of machine-readable artifacts — OpenAPI contracts, event specifications, GraphQL schemas, runnable collections, pricing and rate-limit signals, security posture, OAuth scopes, and the agent surfaces (MCP servers and skills) that let software drive the API on its own. We profile them because the interface is the part of a company you can actually inspect: it is a truer signal of what a provider does than any marketing page. From those artifacts we compute the Kin Score — Spectra (Defunct / Merged into OVG360) scores 10.7/100 (minimal), with a separate agent-readiness read of 0/100 (human only). The full breakdown is below, followed by every artifact we hold — each card links through to its machine-readable definition on apis.io.
Kin Score
This is the API Evangelist rating — a single, repeatable read computed from the artifacts on this page. Green fill is points earned; the red track is points possible, so every bar shows earned-versus-possible at a glance.
