Zibo
Zibo (operating as Azibo) is a financial services and property-management platform for independent landlords and rental property owners. The company offers a free-to-use platform that bundles rent collection, tenant screening, online rental applications, lease agreements and eSignatures, document storage, maintenance and messaging, banking, and rental-property accounting. Azibo monetizes through interest on cash balances, card-transaction fees, paid lease/eSignature and screening products, and renter subscriptions such as credit-boost programs. The product is delivered as a SaaS web application (app.azibo.com) that integrates third-party providers including Stripe, Plaid, TransUnion, Latchel, and signNow; it does not publish a public developer API, documentation, or SDKs. Zibo was surfaced as a portfolio company of Canaan Partners.
